www.BikeWearWorld.com and www.uRide.tv are on location in California for the Tour...today we focused on gearing and how we love our cassettes and wheels!! We interviewed Chad and Alex from SRAM Neutral Race Support to understand what role they play in the race. What was interesting though was finding out that each team and rider picked an 11/26 or 11/28 rear to climb the mountain stage finish. Obviously Chris Horner had an amazing rear cassette by SRAM on to allow a 1 minute lead up a 6k mountain top! We are going to find out if he had the 11/26 or 11/28...stay tuned!
